my lack of posting can not be attributed to my lack of cooking, but instead should be blamed on 1. daylight savings time and 2. the end of my semester. it seems i’ve been holed up these past few weeks working on non-stop assignments. unfortunately this does mean less cooking. though my work load hasn’t slowed, i have promised to keep my fridge stocked and make time for cooking. thus, the first homemade sunday breakfast i’ve had in what seems like a lifetime: a poached egg, a slice of golden white toast and fingerling home fries.
