veggie burger

the fastest homemade veggie burger in the west. i whizzed up chickpeas, carrot, onion, fresh thyme, an egg, crushed saltines, chili powder & cayenne pepper in a food processor. Β dry-fry the patty and stick it under the broiler topped with cedar grove jalapeno cheddar and voila — i ate it on my way to class with ketchup running down my wrist and listened to jealous onlookers whisper.
