Almost 4 years after my last post, it’s only right to re-emerge with a humble recipe.

A loaf of Jim Lahey’s no-knead bread, baked in a Staub gifted from my mother on a lazy Sunday morning. Here’s to posting more regularly in the future, no matter how basic.
